Staff River Trip – 7th March 2010

Set up week at Tregoyd, we dragged (literally in some cases!) all of the staff down the river including the management team which was hilarious! We did the Glasbury to Hay stretch of the River Wye which is our session stretch...we do the Hay to Whitney stretch too but not today! It was pretty funny and it was a nice level on the river so it was a nice relaxing paddle! We were all tragically in the Dag canoes for this one to see just how difficult it is for the kids too...theyre pretty much like barges and the heaviest canoes in history! But nonetheless a fun day was had by all and i had my first taster of how difficult it can be to teach complete beginners about a little paddling!
