Putting my back out! The day after my Level 1

FAIL! Not even the canoeing...not even the loading the canoes on the trailer....numpty here managed to rip a tendon off of her spine putting the boats onto the water before the kids even arrived....ROAR! I ended up after the morning session which i struggled through to having to lay down in the lounge flat on my back whilst supervising some sick children watching DVD's .... after all that effort i break myself on the first day!
