Just say no to ropes!!! 21st August 2010

.....which is exactly what I didnt do! Ive been spending the last week or so since i moved up to Kinlochleven travelling around in my little car and going climbing with Chris and Isi. Weve ventured so far out to Polldubh on Glen nevis which is a convenient 40 minute drive from centre in the evenings so weve spent a few evenings up there being bitten to hell by the midgies, and a day trip out to Ardnamurchan (excuse the spelling!) which was an awesome day out climbing on volcanic rocks which sit in a ring nearon the west coast - it can only be described as a Lord of the Rings type scenery in a funny kind of way! I managed to get a decent solo in and a load of lead climbing to my name so i had a great day! The days / evenings at polldubh have been awesome, and the day at Meall An Fhir-Eoin was just amazing and a total day-saver seeing as everybody else got soaked and we were walking about in t-shirts....lol
