Physics and Kayaking!

I won a prize at uni for doing a SIESTA talk on the Physics of Kayaking! Not very complicated physics but nontheless, won the KM Stott prize for the best talk of the year which was a bit of a shocker! Ironically, i was in physio for a my shoulder the day they would have made me got and collect it on the graduation day but still! This meant that I had to present the work to the VC of the uni on his annual trip around the physics department...and here it is in all its glory...Dave and Ed incarcerated in print forever...and now i have to write a 2000 word article on it too...! A boating poster in the physics department!! Win!
